Cotswolds & The Seven Sisters in The UK

    This was meant to be our 10 days' Xmas holidays trip, but due to the severe Covid-19 restrictions, which were applied in the UK, we had to call everything off. Because we had already paid for the hotel and plane tickets, me managed to change the dates of our stay and go on our journey. We shortened it by means of celebrating a short Saint Valentine's trip.  It was a trip I had planned to do with Bilbo, but Iberia wouldn't allow him to fly. With much regret I had to leave without him. These are some of the highlights of the trip. This is Belle Tout Lighthouse in Eastbourne, which has been converted into a very special and beautiful hotel. It is rather pricey, but well worth it.   This is as big as a supermarket can get in one of the villages at the Cotswolds. Fideuá di Torta di Scorfano, Chorizo e Salsicce

Buon pomeriggio a tutti! Spero che sei fenomenale  e che hai trascorso una felice vacanza.  Oggi proverò  a scrivervi la mia prima ricetta in Italiano. Oggi ho cucinato una Fideuá di torta di scorfano, chorizo e longaniza. Quest'anno è stata una vera scoperta per me cucinare il brodo di pesce di Mercadona. È diventato il mio ingrediente feticcio per tutti i tippi di pasti. Lo uso spesso per cuocere le puree di verdure come base liquida. ECCO LA LISTA CON GLI INGREDIENTI . Pasta fideuá . 1 cucchiaio di olio d'oliva . Torta di scorfano . 1 quarto di cipolla . 2 salsicce . 1 pezzo di chorizo da cucinare . 2 foglie di alloro . 1 bicchiere di fumo . 1 bicchiere d'acqua . Voglia di cucinare . Buona musica                                          Per prima cosa mettiamo l'olio nella pentola a fuoco alto, mentre si scalda tritate la cipolla, el chorizo e la longaniza, una volta che l'olio è caldo, mettete tutto insieme, in padella aggiungendo gli foglie di alloro. Souvenirs En Français

  Bonjour à tous! Dernièrement j'ai été très occupèe. Ces derniers jours, etaient des jours a passer avec la famille et les amies, et pour célébrer tous ces jours où nous étions loins, et le téléphone était notre soeul allie dans cette distance imposée, ont fini. Au fait! Joyeüx Noel! J'espère que vous avez passé des jours très hereux, pleins d'amour et de repos. Je suis très reconnaissante, car j'ai pu fêter le deuxième anniversaire de mon chiot, Bilbo, rencontrer presque toute ma famille et profiter de mes amis. J'ai aussi aime me reposer, bien manger et parler.          Ils semblent etre des plans de base, mais au fond, et en raison de la pandémie, avoir pu voir tout le monde a été un exploit.
